Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to any PrepCool plan, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Cancellation Policy
We generally do not entertain cancellation requests once a subscription has been activated and access to the platform has been granted. As our content is delivered digitally and access is immediate upon payment, all sales are considered final.
Refund Policy
We generally do not entertain refund requests. However, in cases where a refund is approved — entirely at our discretion — the refund will be initiated within 7 business days of approval and credited back to the original payment method.
